We deliver free of charge within Germany.

Parcel shipping: DHL/GLS/DPD

• Item location: Germany

• Within Germany: approx. 2-5 working days (Monday - Friday, excluding public holidays).

If the ordered goods consist of several individual boxes, the shipping service provider may deliver them on different days. This is for logistical reasons and is not our responsibility.

To: Austria, Netherlands, Poland, Hungary, Luxembourg, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Belgium, Slovenia:
Delivery times: approx. 5-8 working days (Monday - Friday, excluding public holidays).

To: Italy, France, Portugal, Spain, Ireland:
Delivery times: approx. 5-10 working days (Monday - Friday, excluding public holidays).

• We charge shipping costs for each different product.

• If the products are overweight, we will charge additional shipping costs.

• If you purchase multiple different products, we will charge additional shipping costs because they come from different warehouses or we will send multiple packages to you.
