right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unambiguous declaration. You can use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory. If you make use of this option, we will immediately send you a confirmation of receipt of such a withdrawal. To safeguard the right of withdrawal, you should send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

consequences of revocation

If you cancel the contract, we will refund all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), promptly and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction. Under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this refund. After we have received the package, we will refund you the money.

If you need to return the goods, please inform our customer service within fourteen days at the latest.

We would like to ask you to return the goods to us in their original packaging.

You only have to pay for any loss of value of the goods if this loss of value is due to handling of the goods which is not necessary to check their quality, properties and functioning.

Please follow the procedure below:

1. Contracts for the supply of sealed goods which, for reasons of health protection or hygiene, are not suitable for return if their seal or packaging has been removed after delivery;

2. Please do not install the products if you want to return the products. The installed products are not eligible for return.

3. Returns must be in saleable condition and with original manufacturer packaging.
